NOTICE TO ALL TENANTS — RIVERSIDE TOWER
Subject: Scheduled Fire Safety Inspection — Friday, 22 November

Please be advised that a mandatory fire safety inspection will be conducted throughout Riverside Tower on Friday, 22 November, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The inspection will be carried out by certified inspectors from the City Fire Safety Authority in compliance with local building regulations.

All tenants are required to ensure that fire exits on their floors are clear and unobstructed at the time of inspection. Any items currently stored in stairwells or blocking emergency exit routes must be removed no later than Thursday, 21 November.

Inspectors will require brief access to all occupied units during the day. If your staff will not be present during business hours on the 22nd, please contact the building management office at ext. 101 by Wednesday, 20 November, so that access arrangements can be made in advance.
