Questions 1–4 refer to the following email.
To: All Staff From: Laura Henderson, Office Manager Date: 14 October
Subject: Office Relocation — Important Information
I am writing to inform you that our office will be relocating to new premises at 45 Ferndale Road, Suite 300, effective from Monday, 3 November. The new location is approximately a ten-minute walk from the current office and is directly accessible from the Ferndale Road bus stop.
All staff are asked to ensure that their personal belongings are packed and labelled by the end of business on Friday, 31 October. A removal company will handle the transfer of furniture and equipment over the weekend. Please note that computers and monitors will be disconnected and transported by the IT team on Friday afternoon — you should save all work and shut down your machines no later than 3:00 p.m. on that day.
On your first day at the new office, temporary visitor passes will be issued at the reception desk. Permanent access cards will be distributed by the security team within the first week. Parking at the new premises is limited, so staff who currently drive to work are encouraged to consider alternative transport arrangements.
A brief walkthrough of the new facilities will be held on the morning of Monday, 3 November.
Best regards, Laura Henderson
