Q15 (C) minimal — minimal disruption = as little disturbance as possible. Common reassuring phrase in announcements.
Q16 (D) both A and B — Both positive and favourable are correct. Both are standard formal adjectives for reviews.
Q17 (C) confidential — confidential = official/professional term for private sensitive information.
Q18 (A) extensive — extensive experience = a great deal of broad experience. Most formal option.
Q19 (B) comprehensive — comprehensive overview — 'comprehensive' is the most natural partner for 'overview'.
